Expiring Criteria

Expiring Criteria

Criteria records in Current status are expired so they will be removed from the list of available criteria, but retained in the system.

  1. From the Criteria record, click Other Actions > Expire Criteria.
    Result: The Expire Criteria window is displayed.

  1. Enter a reason for the expiration in the Rationale field.
  2. Click the Sign-off button.
    Result: The Sign-off window is displayed.
  3. Enter your user ID and password and then click the Sign-off button.
    Result: The Criteria record has been expired.
